Black Friday Holiday Campaign

As an Art Director, I was trusted to lead a high-impact Black Friday campaign following a brief internal review of my initial concept. Once approved, I was given the autonomy to drive the project forward with minimal oversight, taking full ownership of the visual direction and execution.

I ensured all graphics aligned with our holiday style guide, creating a cohesive, festive campaign that stayed true to the brand while standing out in a crowded seasonal market. From initial concepts to final asset delivery, I managed the full creative process for my portion of the broader campaign, balancing creative vision with production realities.

In addition to design leadership, I collaborated closely with producers and business partners to gather content and product information, ensuring assets were delivered on time and aligned with shifting priorities. I also played a key role in overseeing constantly evolving business objectives, making sure those changes were implemented consistently across all marketing touchpoints. This often meant proactively identifying when individual requests didn’t account for broader impacts and stepping in to ensure strategic alignment across multiple assets and channels. The success of the campaign not only reinforced trust in my leadership but also contributed to strong engagement and sales over the 2024 Black Friday period.
